I couldn't believe how light weight this mug was! It's very easy on my hands. I haven't tried the dishwasher because i don't want to be without it that long. I just hand wash it and it's ready to use again! I love it!!

Very light
Wonderful light weight and the grooves make it very easy to grip. Not crazy about the hole in the bottom between the liner and the outside of the cup.

hand to hand mug
We bought these mugs to replace one my step-mother had. She broke hers after many years use and could'nt imagine not having one. She is 90yrs old and has lost strength in her hands.

Very Comfortable Mug But May Not Be Dishwasher Safe
My 99-year-old grandmother likes this mug for its light weight and easy-to-hold curves. It may not be dishwasher safe, however, as the first one we purchased for her developed a crack. Still, we purchased a second one and give it four stars for its helpful design.
