3pp® Comforter™ Splint Left Hand

The 3pp® Comforter™ Splint Left Hand is softly padded for increased comfort during nighttime wear. This functional position resting splint provides the support needed to position the left hand comfortably during the night to reduce inflammation caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis.

3pp® Comforter™ Splint Left Hand is designed to comfortably support the left wrist and MP joints (large knuckles) of the fingers in their neutral resting position to reduce stress on muscles and tendons. Ulnar deviation of the MP joints caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis often affects hand function and hinders performing daily living activities. A resting hand splint that maintains proper alignment of the MP joints at night during rest promotes function during the day, and lessens pain and inflammation. The flexible padded stays allow each finger to be individually aligned. The fingertips and the thumb are free to allow the wearer to manage bedding and nighttime activities. The neoprene straps include finger holes for independent application and removal of the splint even by those who have difficulty with gripping. The quilted cover is removable and machine washable.
