The BackMax Enhanced Bed Wedge System is a 3 piece wedge pillow system that can be used all together or individually for custom positioning. The 3 wedges are different shapes and sizes and zip together, allowing you to elevate your legs to relieve low back arthritis pain, reduce swelling, and improve blood flow to your lower legs, or place yourself in the zero gravity position, placing your body at a 120 degree angle, the most relaxed position for your heart, body, and nervous system.
