The 7 day Detach-N-Go Pill Box by Apex is a great pill organizer for people on a twice-a-day vitamin and medication schedule. The pill box has 7 detachable AM-PM compartments.

Each compartment is clearly labeled with the day and AM or PM, and can hold up to 20 aspirin sized pills. The interlocking pill compartments is self-contained and has snap-on lids in order to protect your vitamins and medications. The curved sides of the pill box makes getting your pills out easier.

Detaching one of the compartments is easy. Simply hold the other compartments in place, and pull straight up on the desired compartment. Reattaching is also just as easy. Line up the grooves at the bottom of one compartment with the grooves at the top of another, then slide them together.
