I got these for my mom who has had significant difficulty twisting doors open with her arthritic hands. She loves these. I didn't have any problem fitting it over the door knobs that she has in her home, although they didn't seem abnormally large either. It's also nice that you can take them off fairly easily. I bought her several and she was going to try them out on certain doors, but if they need to be changed (or if she moves to a new home) then it's easy to switch it to a new knob. My mom loves them.

I had been complaining about not being able to opening doors in a few rooms and he looked on line and found these. I was at first happy with them until they started stretching a little. I must say they did not fit very well at the beginning and now they do not fit very well at all. Mac told me to push them down all the way to the door, now they are loose at the bottom but I do have some of the material to grab to open the door. Too bad there was not a product of plain type plastic that would stretch just enough to put on the door knob - doesn't need to to have any type of decoration.

I ordered two of the door knob gripper & I love them. I was having trouble opening my front door from the inside because I have rheumatoid nodules on my thumbs & other places. Now I can open my front door with ease without it hurting my thumbs. I definitely would recommend them.

I bought this for my 98 year old mother who didn't have enough strength to turn the back door knob. Now that her had doesn't slip, she can open the door with ease. She lovesit!
