This DuoGlide 7-1/2 inch Bread/Slicer Knife has an offset handle designed to provide an easy, safe, and comfortable way to slice sandwiches, bread, tomatoes and other vegetables as well as fruits. People with arthritis will find the ultra-soft, right sized textured handle is offset to provide a more comfortable, secure grip.

The DuoGlide Bread/Slicer Knife features a blade with specially designed scallops that form super sharp cutting edges. The high carbon, corrosion-resistant, stainless steel blade has an individually ground and honed edge. The offset handle prevents the user's knuckles from hitting the cutting board, which ensures comfortable, guided slicing. The incredibly comfortable, high-impact handle is built for all-day use, and has an ergonomic grip that will stay put in slippery hands or on slick tabletops.

DuoGlide Bread/Slicer Knife

I have erosive osteoarthritis in both hands and have a terrible time gripping a knife for slicing anything. Years ago I'd purchased an OXO serated knife, which is no longer available. A friend suggested I check your site and I found this knife! It's amazing, everything I needed, easy to slice, nice large grip handle and very sharp! Thank you ArthritisSupplies.

The knife works exactly as advertised and I am extremely pleased with it. Would definitely recommend it.

Excellent knife

I've had 2 surgeries on my dominant hand and this knife is has made preparing meals much easier.
