The Easi-Grip Arthritis Bread Knife has an upright handle that helps keep the wrist in a neutral position, preventing strain and discomfort. The easy to grip handle is non-slip and has a soft feel that is comfortable for arthritic hands.

The Easi-Grip Arthritis Bread Knife is designed with a contoured handle that is molded in a soft plastic and set at a 90 degree angle from the blade. This angle keeps the user's hand and wrist in a neutral stress-free position while using the knife. This lightweight knife is supremely comfortable for everyone to use, but will be particularly beneficial for those with arthritis, carpal tunnel, repetitive stress injuries, or other conditions which weaken the hand and wrist. The ergonomic handle provides a firm grip in either hand and can be used safely with wet or greasy hands.

The stainless steel blade measures 8 inches long and 1 inch wide. The serrated edge makes cutting bread easier. Each Easi Grip Bread Knife comes with a protective cover. Peta Easi Grip Knives are dishwasher safe.

I love this knife! I cut everything with it. Fruit, bread, all are easier with this handle in the position that is much more comfortable than regular knives.

Human

I use this to cut frozen meat for my cat who gets some raw meat as nature intended. The grip is comfortable and it does fine in the dishwasher. It does not have teeth as coarse as the old Oxo knife I had, so more pressure is required. It should be great to cut bread. I like the angle of the handle.

My wife loves her new Easi-Grip Bread Knife, It replaces the one she had for the last 20 years. She received it from the Arthritis Foundation! She used it all the time up until it broke! She hopes this new one will last just as long!
