The Easi-Grip Arthritis Fork Knife has a large, upright handle that is comfortable to grip. Designed especially for persons with arthritis or weak hand grip, this adapted kitchen knife keeps the wrist in a natural position. People with weak hands will find the angle of the non-slip, soft feel handle helps to prevent wrist strain, allowing the user to grip and use the knife effectively.

The contoured handle of the Easi-Grip Fork Knife is molded in a soft plastic and set at a 90 degree angle from the blade. Designed especially for people with weak hands or wrists, all users will find the ergonomic handle comfortable to use. The serrated stainless steel blade measures 5.75 inches long, 1 inch wide, and includes a protective cover. The handle measures 5.25 inches long, tapers from 2 inches wide at the base to 1.5 inches wide at the top, and 1.25 inches high. PETA Easi-Grip Arthritis Knives are dishwasher safe.

Disappointing, because it doesn’t cut very well. The serrated blade is low-performance. I like the design, but if I need to cut up meat or vegetables I need a much sharper knife.

Helpful Knife
The position of the handle definitely helps. So far, have used it on both raw and cooked chicken. Still had a hard time with raw carrots. Just too hard.

Excellent knife
Love this knife, I use it on larger food items like breads or large cuts of meat , or melons. It has saved my arthritic hands from pain and deviation.
