The
Extra Wide Sock Aid with Foam Handles
is an extra firm molded plastic sock aid with soft foam hand grips, helpful for pulling a sock onto the foot without bending. People with arthritis who have difficulty bending, will find this heavy duty sock aid easy to use.
The Extra Wide Sock Aid has soft, large foam handles that are more comfortable for arthritic hands to grip. This easy to use sock dressing aid has a flat bottom that prevents the sock aid from rolling during sock application. Slide the sock over device and use foam handles on the long cords to pull the sock on to the foot. A rubber self-adhesive pad provides a non-slip resistance to the sock to prevent it from sliding. People with arthritis who have difficulty using a standard sock aid may find this heavy duty aid helpful.

Mrs
My dad had a stroke two years ago and while in rehab they used a 4" trough sock helper. Over time his feet have swollen and he needed a 5" trough. The Wright Stuff had the product I was looking for. My dad is very happy with the product. The cord on the handles allows you to adjust the length that he needed. It was shipped directly to him and arrived in a short time. The catalog that was enclosed showed Dad other items that will be of help to him.

Stocking Dresser
Initially it can be quite tricky but once you get the hang of it it's a dream. Hint: a little cornstarch powder On the device keeps it from sticking to your skin if you've just come out of the shower.

Mr.
Size is good, but too big for most support stockings. The sock doesn't stay on the device long enough to get around the heel. It does help get the sock over the toes. Straps are way too long and I'm a tall guy!

Mrs.
I bought these for my son who broke his back and was having problems bending to put on his socks. I called him when they arrived at his house and he said the Sock Aid made it much easier to put them on. I was pleased they helped so much.

Measure the widest part of the foot across, if it is under 5 inches this product should be the correct size. The Extra Wide Sock Aid would be recommended for a wider shoe size.
