are softer rubber wheelchair hand rim grips that provide increased comfort for indoor wheelchair users. These grips cushion arthritic hands, helping to make pushing easier, requiring less hand strength per push.
The ergonomic design of Fit Grips Comfort reduces stress on the hands, wrists and forearms. The colorful grips cushion the hands and improve efficiency, allowing the user to start, stop and turn with less effort. The cushion grips stretch to securely fit on any standard 24, 25 and 26 inch manual wheelchair hand rim. The grips wrap 3/4 of the way around the push rim to provide a soft, smooth pushing surface. Fit Grips are simple to install without tape or glue, can be taken on and off the handrims as often as needed, and do not leave a residue when removed. People with arthritis who have difficulty gripping the wheelchair hand rims will find these colorful grips provide greater control and mobility.
