Great product!
My siblings and I bought this as a gift for our mother who loves gardening. My mom LOVES it. It's a really sturdy product. However, it only gets 4 stars because:
1. you have to assemble it yourself. Which wasn't too difficult for someone who is handy and has the right tools. But if you don't have a ratchet set, different size philips and flathead screwdrivers and an extra set of hands, it could become more of a chore than a fun project. My mom DEFINITELY could not have done this by herself.
2. It doesn't have smart wheels. In order to turn the caddy, you literally have to pick it up and face it a new direction.
Overall, this is a great product. It easy holds my mom's weight and allows her to comfortably work in her garden.

I've waited 6 weeks to recover from hip surgery to get rolling, but I can't because I am missing parts to attach the wheels. The directions list all parts but don't show what these nuts or bolts should look like. I think it will work well once I go buy missing parts plus a hand air pump to pump up the tires. Five stars for construction and usefulness but missing parts and difficulty turning reduced to 3
