The Gripeeze DIY & Garden Glove with Strap Right Hand is designed to relieve pressure from the hand when doing household activities and chores while increasing grip for holding objects. The right hand glove with strapping system provides support for an arthritic hand and makes gripping easier.

Made of leather and neoprene with triple lined cotton inner for added comfort, this adapted work and garden glove is weather protected and waterproof making it ideal for most activities. The unique strapping system relieves pressure and tension from the hand and forearm and provides a firm hold on objects with minimal pressure. The strapping system applied to a work glove benefits people that suffer from a physical or medical condition affecting their hand.

This work and gardening glove has leather tipped fingers and a soft leather palm for protection and comfort. The single right hand glove is easy to put on and take off and is available in five sizes: Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large & XXL. How to measure: Measure your hand with a tape measure around the knuckles and reference the Men's/Unisex line on the Size Guide below. The size that you measure in inches, is your glove size. For example, if your hand measures 9 inches, you will need a medium glove. Please remember that if the gloves are too tight on your hands they may make your hands feel cold, so if in doubt go up a size.

This is a really interesting item. It really does work to help hold and use small garden tools or anything with a short handle. But, if you have problems with your wrists as well as your fingers/hands, this item is not for you. It depends on being able to transfer pressure to your wrist, which if they are arthritic too does not help. I did not realize this, but I will keep them as they still are better than just my hands/wrists alone.

Although I do have a bit of arthritis in my fingers I actually purchased the right hand glove due to carpal tunnel syndrome. After a day of intense raking my thumbs were so painful that they were waking me every 2 hours. I would then have to sit up for another hour waiting for the pain to subside, go back to bed only to start all over in 2 hours. The next day I found this glove through a Google search of 'assistive devices for yard work'. I received the glove in 2 days and used it the next day. Though I still have the ill effects of carpal tunnel the yard work is NOT making it worse. This glove is great. I don't need thumb pressure at all and it is so easy and comfortable to wear. I just ordered the left hand glove! Thank you, Gripeeze, for letting me get a good nights rest and still enjoy my gardening!!

Q: Are these hot to wear and do they have air circulation. Can they be worn comfortably in hot weather?

A: The Gripeeze DIY & Garden Glove with Strap are leather and neoprene which aren't really breathable materials, they are comfortable to wear but may be hot to wear. However, we do have the Bionic Relief Grip Garden Gloves (Product #: ABG300 and ABG310) which have motion Zones made of stretchable and breathable Lycra material inserted over the knuckles, and Web Zones inserted between the fingers provide greater flexibility and natural dexterity, while keeping hands cool and dry.
