The Hand Exercise Board with Hook and Loop Fasteners includes a board with two bands of hook-and-loop material and six various size rollers with the same hook-and-loop material. The hook-and-loop material provides resistance when the client pushes or pulls the rollers along the board. Users can perform resistive finger flexion, extension, and lateral pretension exercises as well as wrist flexion and extension, and forearm supination and pronation exercises help to increase the strength and dexterity of the hand, fingers, and wrist. The variety of sizes and shapes of the tools offer various levels of resistance for increasing hand and finger strength, dexterity, and range of motion. The board has four suction cups on the base to provide a stable platform. This therapy exercise board can be used to create programs for improving manual dexterity, pronation, supination, and wrist flexion or extension. The wide 4 inch Velcro strip provides greater resistance and the smaller 1 inch Velcro strip provides decreased resistance.
