The Hinged Elevated Toilet Seat is made of two parts which are hinged together, allowing the ring to be lifted in the same manner as a standard toilet seat. People with arthritis will find this toilet riser elevates the seating position by 3 inches for easier sitting and rising.

The Hinged Elevated Toilet Seat is installed using the existing toilet seat and cover, with the included 6 inch stainless steel screws and wingnuts. The hinged feature allows the ring to be lifted, making cleaning under the riser much easier. This elevated toilet seat offers all the comfort and convenience of an elevated toilet seat, but with a hinged benefit. The Hinged Elevated Toilet Seat is available in a standard round bowl model or an elongated model. People with arthritis who have difficulty standing from a low toilet will find this elevated toilet seat easy to use and install with the included hardware kit.

Easy to install, excellent design, durable construction and material. Good for anyone needing extra space between water in the bowl and male body parts! Not so great for short people whose feet will not touch the ground. But great for those that need help getting up off the toilet

Great Product

I had been looking for something like this seat for several months. This seat works better than others that perform the same function. The hinged action is great and mounting the original seat on top makes for maximum comfort.

Best thing I ever done. Rent a doublewide & original commodes are very low. Needed to raise due to knee surgery & this was absolutely perfect. Easy to install, did it myself & made it easy & comfortable after having my surgery.

Hinged Elavated Toilet Seat

My son installed this for me and he said it was very easy to do. It's easy to keep clean. I am 71 and this makes it so much easier for me to get off the toilet.

Q: Will this seat fit over a seat that currently has a "toilet safey rail" that is attached at the bolts on the lid?

A: The Hinged Elevated Toilet Seat is installed between the existing toilet seat/lid and the bowl. If the safety rails are on seat it should wok with the elevated seat.
