The MyLEDA Lower Extremity Dressing Aid is thoughtfully designed to support individuals living with arthritis by making daily dressing easier, safer, and more comfortable. Say goodbye to painful bending, twisting, or struggling with clothing.
Whether you're managing joint pain, stiffness, or limited mobility in your hands, hips, or knees, MyLEDA helps you dress independently—without the strain. No need to bend over or use fine motor skills — MyLEDA does the hard part for you. The design does not require the user to bend and allows users to dress their lower body garments like underwear, pants, or shorts without reaching down, reducing joint stress. Flexible, gentle grips hold clothing securely without needing strong hands or tight pinching. This adapted dressing aid is compact and ultra-light, designed to be held or maneuvered with minimal effort. Thread the included soft rope for easy pulling, or use with a dressing stick (not included) for even more flexibility.
The MyLEDA Lower Extremity Dressing Aid has a figure 8 style frame with a cord loop handle. The user places the pants leg through the openings in the frame and wraps the waistband around the top of the frame. The attached cord and foam handle allow the user to lower the frame to the floor and then pull the garment up without bending over. Users who are unable to bend at the hip, have had hip, knee, or back surgery, will find this lower body dressing tool provides a helpful solution. The small, lightweight, flexible frame measures 21 inches long and 8 inches wide overall. MyLEDA Lower Extremity Dressing Aid helps users with arthritis increase their independence in self-care and dressing.
