Jar Lid Opener

This product is not very helpful in opening tight fitting jar lids. Both my arthritic hands and my husband's fairly strong hands cannot make this work very well.

It Works

Well, it has not failed me yet: big metal cans, glass bottles, pill bottles - you name it. No more banging on lid tops.

Maddagrip opener

This item is useless. It doesn't grip, but slips on the surface of the jar. I hope to return it.

Q: Does it push down and twist at the same time?

A: You still have to apply the downward pressure when twisting a bottle that requires push/twist.
