The MediBeads Arthritis Therapy Wrap measures 7 inches wide, 14 inches long (not including ties) and fits up to 60 inch waist. This microwave activated moist heat pad is specifically designed to allow freedom of movement while providing moist heat therapy.

MediBeads Microwave Activated Moist Heat Wraps deliver immediate pain relieving moist heat therapy and meet the criteria of an ideal analgesic modality. MediBeads are washable, odor-free, dust free, and will not support bacteria or fungal growth. Unlike other grain and pellet products, MediBeads microwavable heating packs need no special covers, they will not dry out, dissolve or disintegrate.

We have used the neck therapy wrap for a couple of years now and it is used at least once a day. Love it I bought the Standard size wrap for the wife's back. She uses it for her back and I use it for my arm and shoulder. The adjustable heat is one of the therapy wraps best features. A great value for the money. I highly recommend them. This the only review I have ever written.

Very disappointed in product

I bought this wrap as a Christmas present for my mother who has severe arthritis. I was excited at the prospect that she could get relief without having to get up as frequently to reheat the wrap, as is necessary with the rice filled bag she had been using. I was equally disappointed when she told me it does not hold the heat much longer than her "rice bag". The only advantage is that it is larger, but I would not have bought it for that reason, had I known it would not retain the heat as long as claimed.

A: All of the MediBead Wraps stay warm for up to 30 minutes. The Bed Buddy Hot-Cold Wrap (Product #: AEN598) provides moist heat therapy for up to an hour.
