The Oversized Key Turning Aid is a key holder that helps make turning keys easier. This bright yellow jack-knife style holder will accommodate a large plastic head car key or 4 standard keys.

The large handle provides an ergonomic grasping surface and leverage which makes it easier for people with arthritis to turn the key. To insert a key into the large holder, unscrew and remove the metal binding post from the end that has the open slots between the plastic bars. Align the hole in the key with the holes in the plastic bars, then secure the key by replacing the binding post. Keys can be folded back into the holder for storing in a purse or pocket when not in use.

This bright yellow large key turning aid measures 3.5 inches long and 1 inch wide. The neon yellow color aids in locating the key holder. The Oversized Key Turning Aid is designed for individuals with arthritis, limited hand strength or grasping ability.

Head Gimp

Love this thing so far. Keys fit loosely and are easy to access. It is a bit bulky for your pocket, though.

I bought this because my mother was having difficulty turning her car key due to arthritis. The device did not help her at all. Disappointed in my purchase and wish I could get my money back.

Key turning aid

This did not work for me. Aid was too long and constantly bumped into my knee while driving. Good idea, just not for my old car.

I did not find this item easy to grasp or use. I found the item too small to be helpful. The yellow color did stand out. Glow in the dark colo would have been even better!

Q: The head of my pick-up (PU) key is about 1/4 inch wide. It is made of black plastic and contains a chip to unlock the PU. The hole where a key ring can go through the plastic key head is about 3/16 inches wide. 1. Will the key fit in the holder, and be able to move up or down in the holder? 2. Will the screw/post that will hold the key in the turning aid have a diameter of about 3/16 of an inch or less? My arthritic thumb thanks you, as do I.

Q: If an automobile key with head is installed into Key Turner.....what about alarm etc in key head?

A: The Oversized Key Turning Aid will not work on the larger car keys with the buttons. It will hold one large key with the plastic coating but without buttons.
