The Peeling Plate is designed to hold vegetables and fruits in place for peeling. In the center of this adapted plate are two food spikes to securely hold vegetables and fruits.

The Peeling Plate adapted dining plate has two sharp plastic prongs that are food safe for securely holding vegetables or fruits for peeling. People with arthritic hands will find this plate useful for food preparation. All parts and dishwasher safe. A rubber non slip mat is included with the plate. Place the mat under the plate to prevent the plate from slipping. The Peeling Plate measures 8 inches square, and has raised edges to prevent food from sliding off.
