Polar Ice Cold Therapy Knee Wrap
is a soft fleece wrap with encapsulated ice packs for soothing cold therapy. People who have arthritis will find that this wrap provides long lasting cold therapy to relieve pain and swelling in the knees.
The Polar Ice Cold Therapy Knee Wrap freezes within 30-45 minutes, and the cooling feeling will last about 30 minutes. The ice packs are filled with 100% natural spring water that is contained in tiny cells, which allow the wrap to conform to the contours of the user's knee. The soft fleece cover keeps the skin from getting too cold and eliminates ice migration during use. The wrap is held in place by easy-to-adjust hook and loop straps that also help provide compression. The Polar Ice Cold Therapy Knee Wrap is an ideal solution for people suffering from arthritis knee pain, and it can also be useful during rehabilitation, post-surgery, after exercising, or for relieving pain from bruises, sprains, or other injuries. Ice cold therapy knee wrap
Had total knee replacement surgery and this item was a God send. It wraps around your whole knee top and bottom. Was just what I was looking for. Just wish it stayed colder longer.

Show me the ice inserts. Are the ice inserts available when replacements are needed? Show me how the ice inserts, and where they are inserted into the sleeve.

It may if you're lying down and it's draped over the hip but the Polar Ice Cold Therapy Knee Wrap is specifically designed for the knee. The manufacturer, Brown Med, has a shoulder/hip wrap available that can be purchased directly from them. The link is below:
