A: As of right now there isn't a Big Button remote to work with a smart tv with those steaming programs. Hopefully something will be developed soon!

A: I apologize, but I am not familiar with a "Ref System". You'll need to look and see who actually makes the system then check the Big Button user manual for a list of supported devices.

A: I do not see those companies listed on the supported devices. However, please make sure they are the names of the manufacturer of the box and TV, not just the brand name. Please see user manual for list of supported devices.

Q:I need a remote for my aunt who has severe neuropathy - I had ordered your simplest one - ATP300 Tek Pal Universal Remote Control $18.95 - but it did not have the button for the captions on the TV? She needs to have that as well. Do any of your other ones have that ability?
Thanks for your help - you can also call me at *removed*.
Asked by: Christina Condos
- 8/2/2015
A: Although the Big Button and Tek Partner remotes do not come with a dedicated captions button, they do have some menu functionality so you might can turn them on through the TV menu, depending on the type of TV.

Q:Is this easily adaptable to use with TV and ATT U verse? My father in law is 97. We called ATT to see if they provided larger remotes for elderly or visually impaired and they do not. Our concern is getting this to work with his TV and cable. Thanks.
Asked by: Jane
- 7/11/2015
A: The Big Button remote will actually work with a wide variety of providers (ATT, Dish, Direct, etc.) but you have to look at who actually makes the box the provider uses. Look on the box and find the manufacturer (Toshiba, PHILIPS, Sony, etc.) then we can determine if the remote will work with the box.
