A: Measure around the hand at the base of the fingers. The size chart is the 4th product picture. X Small fits 6 - 6 3/4 inches, Small fits 7 - 7 3/4 inches, Medium fits 8 - 8 3/4 inches, Large fits 9 1/4 - 10 1/4 inches, X Large fits 10 3/4 - 11 1/2 inches, XX Large fits 11 3/4 - 12 1/2 inches.

A: With your hand opened, you will measure the circumference around the knuckles to determine what size you will need. You measure per Centimeters. The measurement chart in located in the pictures provided on the item's page.

A: You can machine wash or hand wash the thermoskins Arthritis Gloves. I recommend not drying them because the material does contain rubber.
