Q: I appreciate your following up with customers and also allowing us to ask questions. I bought 2 of these; one for my 98-year-old mom who has lost most of her hand control; I also got one for myself because my right hand aches, especially when I try to write, but the reason has not been diagnosed. My question about the grip is this... Are there particular pens that you recommend that fit best? I have tried a few around the house but didn't find that they really fit; maybe they are too fat. Anyway, I would appreciate a recommendation, please. Thank you for inventing the ring pen ultra writing grip. Mom and I have struggled for a while and finding out that this exists has been something encouraging for the two of us to share while improving together.

Asked by: Linda GP - 7/9/2021
A: Yes, a standard Bic pen or #2 pencil work best. Anything 1/8 - 3/8 in diameter should work. Glad to hear that it is helping you and your mother.
