Q:I have Triple E Wide feet from Diabetes. Other sock caddies are just too tight.
Are you positive your device is wide enought?
Asked by: William Wyckoff

A: The base measures 5 inches wide and it is flat. (Standard sock aids measure 4 inches wide and are curved.) If the width of your foot is more than 5 inches then this one may be too small for your foot.

A: Measure the widest part of the foot across, if it is under 5 inches this product should be the correct size. The Extra Wide Sock Aid would be recommended for a wider shoe size.

Q:Is the part that goes into the sock rigid or flexible?
Asked by: Fae

A: The piece the sock slips onto is a plastic material, although it may have some flexibility it maintains its shape for the most part. There is a rubber self-adhesive pad that helps prevent the sock from slipping.
