The ProtoCold Half Size Cold Pad delivers timed-release cold therapy. This half size non-gel cold pad is ideal for shoulder pain, back pain, leg pain, muscle sprains, arthritis pain or surgical pain.

The ProtoCold Half Size Cold Pad remains dry, soft and flexible even when chilled. This cold pack is safe and easy to use for people with arthritis. Place the pad in the freezer for two hours, then apply to the affected area for up to 30 minutes. Simply remove from the freezer and apply to the site of pain. No special covers or towels are necessary. An adjustable strap is included with the cold pad to secure it in place for effective cold therapy treatment. The pad provides timed-release treatments that help to prevent skin and tissue damage if the pad is left in place for longer than the recommended treatment time. The polyester cover is non-absorbent.
