Not Great for Me
I loved the concept of the pen but when my hand / fingers swell, the ring is not large enough for my finger to slide through the opening. Although when I have less swelling, the pen works pretty well. Writing with it takes practice and I have found that if I use my middle finger to guide my writing instead of my index finger, it makes it much easier.

Not as helpful as I had hoped. Perhaps I need a different design to support the pain in my thumb and wrist. This pen did not help, but I will keep looking.

If the inks do not flew well, please replace the refill. Seems cartridge you bought is old (any ink in industry is not more than for 2 years). But even better solution that takes only 5 minutes: there is an easy way to restore refill (not only for ringpens). Please see on youtube our video "BALL POINT REFILLS - RESTORE" Enjoy your handwriting!

Ring Pen and refills
The pen is great but I have gotten some of the refills that were dry and never were useful. Guess they were too old.

Ring Pen a plus
I find it much much easier to hold the ring pen as opposed to a normal straight pen...However I do find that it is a little harder to write neatly with it...Maybe that will come with practice?
