Rocking T Knife
Our son has dystonia and has difficulty holding and using a knife to cut food. With the Rocking T Knife he is able to cut food on his own. It is well constructed of durable materials. It seems a bit pricey. I guess that's "Supply and Demand" for you. ArhtritisSupplies.com had the best price we could find.

The knife works really well. I was disappointed in the quality of the wood handle. It is very rough.
