The TheraPeaz Hot & Cold Therapy Pack Medium provides long-lasting hot or cold therapy for arthritis pain relief. This medium size pack is reusable, non-toxic, can be repeatedly heated or cooled.

TheraPeaz Hot & Cold Therapy Pack Medium is ideal for applying hot or cold to elbows, ankles or wrists. Unlike gel-based packs, TheraPeaz won't break down with repeated use or microwaving. The unique pack is designed to remain pliable and conform to body contours, delivering soft, comfortable hot or cold therapy. The superior Clear Ice Solution is formulated to stay cold or hot longer than other packs and the soft, 100% cotton-flannel feels good against the skin.

To use the TheraPeaz Hot & Cold Therapy Pack Medium for cold therapy, freeze for at least 4 hours. The pack can be stored in freezer for future use. To use for heat therapy, start with the PeazPak at room temperature. Heat in a 1000W microwave for 20 seconds. Remove PeazPak carefully, knead to distribute heat. Microwave in 5 second intervals for additional warmth. Do not exceed 40 seconds total heating time per use. Insert the hot or cold PeazPak into the sleeve or wrap in a towel to apply. FrozenPeaz products are non-toxic, and the Clear Ice Solution is 100% natural.
