This item did not help me. I am large and the handle part was not long enough for me to get the hook through the zipper on my swim shoes. It would be alright for someone who is not large or can bend over to get to the shoe.

This zipper pull works fairly well with low boots. I haven't tried it with tall boots yet. It is rather flimsy so I don't know how durable it will prove to be. $17.95 plus shipping and handling is way too high for a little piece of plastic.

I like the item and it has been easy to use for the most part. I do wish that the length was a bit longer to grab the zipper easier. I also have shoulder problems and I think it would a little easier on my shoulders if this change was made. Other wise the product is well made and works as designed.
