The CanDo Graded Finger Pinch Exercise Set includes an exercise box with bars and color-coded pinch pins that are ideal for finger and hand strengthening. The CanDo Graded Finger Pinch Exercise Set includes 50 pinch pins in five color-coded resistance levels for progressive exercises. Users simply squeeze each pinch pin to perform simple pinch exercises or place them on the rods for various exercises. The pinch pins are ideal for finger and hand strengthening and coordination. The exercise box also includes 3 different sized horizontal cross rods and 1 vertical rod. The 3 horizontal rods measures 3/8, 3/10 and 1/10 inches in diameter for challenging finger, wrist and forearm exercises. Pinch resistance can be increased by either placing the exerciser on a wider diameter horizontal rod, or by switching to a pinch pin with higher resistance. The vertical rod comes in three pieces to customize height, for finger, wrist, forearm and shoulder range of motion exercises.
